Are you facing an impossible situation? Maybe it’s not you but someone you know? Today I want to share 14 verses to declare when you’re facing the impossible.

A few weeks ago I posted about the importance of renewing your mind and before reading this post, I encourage you to read that one, especially if you are someone who is facing an impossible situation! Why? Because renewing your mind is essential. You will not be able to have hope when facing an impossible situation if your mind is not renewed.

I love what Bill Johnson says, “You know your mind is renewed when the impossible looks logical.” Isn’t that so true? If your mind is renewed then you will know the impossible situation you are facing will be made possible. Instead of becoming a victim and succumbing to your circumstances you will remain hopeful and expectant.

Before moving forward I want to point out that I realize the word impossible can be used lightly and can be overused. The definition of impossible is “beyond the bounds of possibility.” If something is impossible it means that there is nothing that can change about the situation.

When I read that definition then yes, my situation is 100% impossible. My chances of getting pregnant are absolutely impossible. In some ways, I take delight in the fact that I have found myself in an impossible situation.

So why would I take delight in facing the impossible giant that is in front of me? Well although there is nothing on this earth that can change the situation, my Heavenly Father can. We have a God who loves working in impossible situations. And the only explanation when we come out on the other side is HIM, which is the part I love. There is no way science or a human can get the glory, if a situation is impossible, it’s all God!

How did I arrive at that conclusion? How have I approached our situation with so much hope? It’s because I have rooted myself in the Word and renewed my mind with the truth of God’s Word!

If you have found yourself in an impossible situation, then I hope you renew your mind with these verses until you recognize that what is impossible to man is possible to God. Keep declaring these and speaking these out until you believe God’s Word to be true over your life. Remember, God’s Word has the final say in your life, not your circumstance or situation.
